I remember when I was a little girl, the only thing I wanted to own was a deliciously sparkly Swarovski crystal ornament. I recall walking through my local shopping centre (Werribee Plaza) and making my mum stop at the window display at the jewellers so I could stare into that icy wonder of animals and familiar character, dreaming of holding and owning my very own. On my 16th birthday, my mum surprised me with a crystal Swarovski butterfly and it is treasured to this day. In fact, when my first son was born, she went into the Swarovski store and bought a Disney character piece for Aston as a keepsake.

Today, as a 31 year old mother of two, I am lucky enough to work with such brands. Today, I am so excited to share this mini editorial that Karen Woo and I shot, featuring two pieces that are Christmas gift favourites of Swarovski’s muse, Miranda Kerr. I do love a hint of glamour in any outfit and here I have ditched the edginess for something a little more festive and gentle.
