Yeeeehaaa cowgirl! Don’t get me wrong, I am very much a city girl, but I did grow up in the outer Western Suburbs and spent most of my time on my grandfathers farm. A creative craftsman and lover of all things eclectic, my grandfather (or Nanu as I call him) couldn’t be happier for me to share the property that he built for his family not too long after they arrived from Malta. Like any other girl who spent her ‘awkward’ years in the 90’s, I love the double denim look, but this is more of an ode to the country western style that my Nanu loves so much. In fact, the day of this shoot, he was in his shed crafting a guitar. Cant wait to show you more shots from this day over the next few weeks.
