How did these two munchkins get so cute? Oh, how I love seeing these shots of my boys, so happy and cute and smiling and playing together, I am sure you would think how perfect life is for me with my two angels right? Ah, no, not quite! The big one (not the big baby, the tall, skinny and eldest one) has it in for his little bro, he has since he was born almost a year ago. Didn’t someone or some hundred ‘experienced-gone-before-me’ parents tell me that he would ‘grow out of it?’ and that he would just kind of stop being jealous and love being a big brother? Well, lets just say he still ‘fits into his jealousy pants’. It is tough seeing Aston get angry at his ever so innocent baby brother Willy, seeing him stand on his fingers, push in over when he is trying to stand up or just randomly whack him in the chest for no reason. It’s tough from both perspectives, the abuser and the abused! Luckily for Will-dog, he has a bit of meat on him so he just bounces around and just cries due to reaction rather than pain.

I find it funny how, despite struggling to compete with a little sibling, Aston still says to me he wants a sister (not sure where he is getting that from? Oops!) I think he thinks he won’t have to compete with a girl, or maybe just wants the attention off Will and essentially make him the ‘middle child syndrome’ kid. My darling Aston said the funniest thing the other night. He told me how to make a sister “What you need  is a little bit of mummy, a bit of daddy and Aston and Will and mix it together and cook it in mummies tummy.” What a genius!

PS- for a simple chic winter look- think denim, a basic and a great long coat or vest, don’t forget your tan bag! Tan! Tan! Tan!
